MANKATO-August 24, 2012-(KMKO)-An adjusted taxi cab ordinance will be considered Monday by the Mankato City Council.  Several changes will be considered, including the need for a sticker on the cab's bumper to help police and riders identify licensed taxi cabs.  Monday's city council meeting is set for 7:00 pm.
