MANKATO-August 27, 2012-(KMKO)-A 23-year-old Mankato man has been sentenced to 365 days in jail for allegedly assaulting and threatening a woman and her daughter.  An impact statement was read and the victim, who wasn’t at the sentencing, called Derrick Goode a criminal and she was afraid of her apartment because he might come back.  Goode still faces two other cases involving DWI and for violation of a DANCO order and stalking.  He was given credit for 97 days served.
