MANKATO-August 29, 2012-(KMKO)-An arrest warrant has been issued for a Waseca man for stalking a domestic abuse victim.  38-year-old Shane Thomas Knopf was charged in Blue Earth County Court yesterday.  He faces one felony count of stalking, the second or subsequent violation within ten years.  He's also charged with one gross misdemeanor count of domestic abuse, or violating an order of protection within ten years of a previous conviction.  That conviction came on July 19th of this year.  The new charges stem from an incident on Sunday.
