MANKATO August 30, 2012 – A Blue Earth County Assistant County Attorney asked a judge earlier this week to amend his order to include the cost to extradite him.
 
Sheriff Brad Peterson spent over $1,600 dollars to fly down and bring back 24-year-old Chase Hanson from Texas.
 
That will be a portion of the more that $3,200 in restitution Hanson was ordered to pay.
 
In 2009, Hanson had a knife in a bar fight in Mankato.
 
According to court records, he has paid none of the restitution.
