MANKATO-August 31, 2012-(KMKO)-The Mankato Department of Public Safety is investigating a robbery last night.  The 43-year-old victim was assaulted and had his wallet taken by two white men.  The suspects are described as having an average build and wearing dark-colored t-shirts.  The incident happened shortly before 9:00 pm on the 600 block of South Broad Street.  The attackers went northbound down the alley between Second and Broad streets.  The victim did not receive serious injuries. Anyone with information about this incident should call 387-8780.
