MANKATO September 5, 2012 (KMKO) – A missing vulnerable adult under guardianship from St. James is at the center of man allegedly violating a restraining order.
 
29-year-old Nathan Wagner was arrested on Saturday in Mankato after the missing woman asked police for a gas voucher to get back to St. James.
 
Wagner has a previous domestic-violence conviction and admitted to police her knew he wasn’t supposed to be around her.
