MANKATO September 6, 2012 (KMKO) – The attorney for a Mankato man who allegedly attacked his girlfriend says she’s close to a settlement.
 
40-year-old Robert Bushie remains in custody on $10,000 conditional bail.
 
Bushie is also accused of knocking to the ground her mother’s glasses and hearing aid.
