MANKATO-September 7, 2012-(KMKO)-Medicare Part D open enrollment is coming up soon. The Part D prescription drug benefit for Medicare beneficiaries began in 2006. The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging in Mankato reminds us that the open enrollment period occurs annually from October 15th thru December 7th.
