MANKATO-September 10, 2012-(KMKO)-Starting today, traffic control at Carney Avenue in Mankato will change for the next phase of construction.  Utilities, curb and gutter and the first section of pavement are in place. Work for sidewalk installation has begun.  Mainline utilities were scheduled to be completed this week.  Work is scheduled to be completed in mid-October.  For more information on the Carney Avenue project, call city engineering staff at 387-8634.
