MANKATO September 10, 2012 (KMKO) -- Law enforcement say the man for gave a younr girl an illegal tattoo was a tattoo artist by trade.23-year-old Michael Fletch has been given a misdemeanor citation for giving a minor a tattoo. He is scheduled to be arriagned tomorrow in Blue Earth County District Court.
According to the Blue Earth County Sherriff's Department, a 16-year-old girl recived a tattoo and provided law enforcement with the address where it allegedly happened at a home south of Mankato.
