MANKATO September 14, 2012 (KMKO) – The attorney for MSU football coach Todd Hoffner wants his own copy of the alleged videos showing his children dancing nude.Hoffner has been charged with two felonies, one for allegedly producing child porn found on his MSU issued cell phone.
After today’s hearing his attorney James Fleming stated he needed a copy so he could prepare for trial without having a deputy looking.
The prosecution argued the motion by saying Fleming has access to the file by coming to the justice center to view it.
The motion was taken under advisement.
