MANKATO-September 19, 2012-(KMKO)-A 61-year-old Mankato man remains jailed after assaulting a woman Saturday night.  Officers responded to an assault in the 700 block of South Second Street shortly before 10:00 pm.  They found a woman stumbling in the street with a large amount of blood running down her face and teeth knocked loose.  After hearing from witnesses, Arthur Farrell Holland was arrested.  He faces two counts of fifth degree assault to inflict bodily harm and one count of fifth degree drug possession.
