MANKATO September 20, 2012 (KMKO) – A 20-year-old man who allegedly called law enforcement “crackers” is facing an omnibus hearing.
 
Mal Tharijath appeared in court Thursday and remains in custody.
 
According to the complaint, Tharijath resisted arrest after police arrived earlier this month on sexual assault complaint.
