MANKATO-September 28, 2012-(KMKO)-Bail will remain at $30,000 for a Mankato man who faces his ninth misdemeanor charge of driving after revocation. 26-year-old Justin Geiger was also found to be violating a restraining order because he was found in a car with his girlfriend and meth in the glove box. According to plea agreement, Geiger would plead guilty to charges of drug possession and violating an order of protection. The driving after revocation charge would be dropped. Part of the plea includes a recommendation to cap jail time at six months.
