MANKATO-October 2, 2012-(KMKO)-A contract security officer for Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato is accused of using the school's credit card several times to buy gas.  Mankato Police took a report from the college and discovered that 24-year-old Justin Steffen used the card seven times last December for a total of $400.  According to the college, a campus security vehicle has a 20-gallon tank and all the alleged purchases were for over 20 gallons.  At least one receipt was signed by Steffen and a video shows one vehicle being fueled that doesn't belong to the college.  Steffen faces on count of felony fraud.
