ST. PETER-October 11, 2012-(KMKO)-A 47-year-old woman is charged in St. Peter with stealing her mom’s debit card and taking $300 dollars.  An arrest warrant for 47-year-old Sherry Flowers has been issued on a felony and a lesser count of financial card fraud.  According to the victim from Nicollet, her daughter had just asked for $100 to pay for her auto insurance.
