MANKATO-October 17, 2012-(KMKO)-An Eagle Lake man has been charged with what would be his seventh DWI. 62-year-old Randall Boeve faces a felony DWI charge after Mankato Police responded to a complaint of a possible drunk driver. Police say the followed Boeve into a car lot where an oncoming car had to take evasive action to miss Boeve’s vehicle. Police write he had a Blood-Alcohol Content of .27%. An employee of a gas station watched as Boeve allegedly fell into the pumps and smelled of alcohol.
