ST. PAUL-October 17, 2012-(KMKO)-A former Mankato massage therapist has lost his appeal. A jury found Fengwu Li guilty in May 2011 for the fondling of a female client at Relaxing Massages in Mankato. The 33-year-old man argued the judge should have informed the jury of what is called the "bone fide medical purpose" defense. The court of appeals ruled Judge Bradley Walker acted within his discretion and upheld his fourth degree criminal sexual conduct conviction.
