MANKATO-October 18, 2012-)KMKO)-A Lake Crystal man whom police say cried when he was found with a package of methamphetamine in his had failed to appear at his court hearing yesterday morning.  30-year-old Phillip Danberry faces two different cases charging him with, among other things, fifth degree controlled drug possession.  While both attorneys agree there may be other reasons for him failing to appear, the judge decided to look into the matter before issuing an arrest warrant.
