MANKATO-October 23, 2012-(KMKO)-A Mankato man had to take a moment to think about a plea offer.  Having already served 51 days in jail, 48-year-old Joe Adcock faced a sentence of 60 days in jail for felony terroristic threats and domestic assault.  The deal was to reduce the charge to misdemeanor disorderly conduct meaning he would probably have been released yesterday.  Needing time to think, Adcock left the courtroom, they held another hearing, and then he came back to enter the plea to disorderly conduct.
