Assault and Theft Case Moves Forward
MANKATO-October 23, 2012-(KMKO)-A Mankato man’s felony assault and theft case moved forward yesterday. A pre-trial for Travis Olson was set in December. In September, a witness for the Mankato business Earth Sheltered Technology told police there saw a man throwing $100 aluminum concrete forms into a truck. When he confronted the man, he allegedly sped away nearly striking the witness. Olson denied any wrong doing telling police he was just back there looking.
