MANKATO October 29, 2012 (KMKO) – A 30-year-old Mankato man faces three, misdemeanor city charges for allegedly exposing himself in his car while in the parking lot of a Mankato styling-salon.
A salon manager called police when they allegedly saw Trevor Headlee’s car in the parking lot last March. He was spotted two other times in the car, once by a salon customer was could see him because she was higher than him in a pick-up truck. Found it the parking lot Headlee told the officer he was just “hanging out.”
