MANKATO-November 2, 2012-(KMKO)--A morning conversation will be held by Mankato Councilperson, Karen Foreman tomorrow. The informal meeting will be at the Hilltop HyVee food court from 9 to 10 a.m. Anyone from the Mankato ward 1 area is invited to come and discuss opportunities and current city items including parks, leaf pick up, city budget, economic development, street repairs, public safety and any topic pertaining to Mankato city services.
