MANKATO November 2, 2012 (KMKO) – The attorney for an adopted man from Guatemala asked for more time to explain a plea deal to her client. 18-year-old Ricardo Fletcher faces a felony drug possession charge in one case and a felony 2^nd degree Assault charge for allegedly having the synthetic drug “Happy Shaman” and in the other case, cutting another man on the chin when he threw a beer bottle. Under the agreement he’d plea guilty to the drug charge and there would be a stay of adjudication on the assault charge.
