MANKATO November 2, 2012 (KMKO) – A New Ulm man facing felony DWI charges in two counties may get intensive treatment instead of jail. 29-year-old Jonathan Halling faces two, felony DWI counts and a gross misdemeanor count of driving after cancellation. He also faces a felony DWI in Pipestone County. Halling was pulled over for allegedly speeding in Mankato, failed his field sobriety test, and provided a passport instead of a driver’s license. According to police, he has three prior DWIs.
