MANKATO (KMKO) - Saying she’s “getting a break”, a judge accepted a sentence departure for a Mankato woman who pleaded guilty to felony, 2nd degree assault.
52-year-olf Barbara Crawford was described by her attorney as having a problem with both alcohol and psychological issues.
In her sentence, the judge listened to attorneys on both sides of the isle, in staying a 21 month prison term, in lieu among other things, a $1,000 fine.
