MANKATO (KMKO) – A Lake Crystal man charged last week with five counts of sexual conduct apparently met the alleged victim on Facebook.24-year-old William Edwards was held on $200,000 conditional bail.
The alleged victim was just 12-years-old and according to a search warrant, he claimed to be 17-years-old.
