MANKATO (KMKO) – A man who sold his Lime Valley Court trailer twice to different people entered a guilty plea to felony theft by swindle.The other theft charge was dropped.
44-year-old Douglas Holmgren, who appeared in court for his 48th case, agreed to stay of execution to allow him to pay restitution of $5,000.
A prison term of at least 26 months was stayed for five years.
