MANKATO (KMKO) - The attorney for a Waseca man facing 1st Degree Drug Possession charges wants to know the name of the CI if the prosecution will have them testify at trial.
22-year-old Ryan Drown was charged after a Warren Street search warrant allegedly found meth-liquid from a water bong and drug paraphernalia.
The prosecution told the judge he didn’t intend to use the CI during trial.
