MANKATO-November 28, 2012-(KMKO)- The GSR Fine Arts Festival is coming up on Friday. At the Verizon Wireless Center starting at 11 a.m., there will be many featured artists, wine tasting and live music until 7 p.m. Co-Director, Patty Conlin said the event was thought of within a half hour of a discussion:
