MANKATO (KMKO) – An arrest warrant has been issued for Reina Gandarilla.She’s the woman who fled a foster home in Pemberton with her 2-year-old son and 4-month-old daughter.
She has been charged with Depriving Another of Parental Rights.
While custody had been transferred to Blue Earth County, they had been living together in the same foster home in a program called “Whole Family Foster Care” with a goal of the family living together on their own.
The investigation continues.
