MANKATO (KMKO) – Mankato firemen were called out this morning to the recently renovated Orness Plaza. Spokesperson Scott LeBrun says a motor for one of the elevators over heated, causing some smoke in the mechanical room. Residents of the building were not evacuated and there were no reported injuries.
