MANKATO - (KMKO) - About 6 dogs have been found by area veterinary clinics. Animal officials said being proactive if you’ve lost a dog is the best option. Each dog is taken to a designated clinic they are taken to depending on the area they are found in. There are three clinics. Premiere Vet Clinic on South Riverfront Drive, Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital on Madison Avenue and Sibley Park Impound. These places will hold the animal for five days and after that will transport them to the Blue Earth County Humane Society. Contact one of these places if you have any questions.
