MANKATO – (KMKO) – A 31-year-old Mankato man faces four felony counts in Blue Earth County. Paul Manyang Ter appeared at his bail hearing yesterday where Judicial Officers Dennis J. Murphy and Kurt D. Johnson found probably cause against him. Ter was charged with one count of domestic assault by strangulation, two felony domestic assault charges and one count of false imprisonment-intentional restraint for an incident that happened Nov. 30.
