MANKATO – (KMKO) – The woman who turned herself in after taking her children from a Pemberton foster home appeared in court. Bail was set at $40,000 for 21-year-old Reina Gandarilla with the condition she wear a GPS device to track her whereabouts and have no contact with her children except under supervision. Gandarilla faces charges of depriving another of custodial or parental rights. Her next court appearance is Dec. 13th.
