MANKATO (TEC News) – Plans are in the works for a pool hall in empty space in a downtown strip mall that already contains a dollar store and a pizza joint on S. Riverfront. Plans are for 13 quality pool tables of which there is the option for memberships. To be called “The Kato Cue Club” they are asking to only serve 3.2 beer.
