MANKATO - (TEC News) - Felony predatory offender charges are on the table for two Mankato men who knowingly violated their registration and providing false information. A summons was issued for 23-year-old Theo Tierre Walton and 30-year-old Aaron Marlo Sander yesterday. Walton was released with conditions and an initial court appearance is set for Dec. 20th. Sander will appear in court on Dec. 27th.
