MANKATO (TEC News) - The Blue Earth County Board was honored Tuesday by Governor Mark Dayton’s office for their creative work on the County Road 12 extension project. On behalf of Governor Dayton, State Rep Kathy Brynaert talked about the county using shredded tires for fill.
Brynaert gave the county board and Public Works Director Alan Foresberg a certificate for their work.
