NEW ULM – (TEC News) – The New Ulm Public Library will host the Minnesota Valley Civil War Round Table meeting tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. Keynote speaker, Denis Warta, will have a review of an account by Captain Arthur Freemantle of the British Royal Army of his travels through the South in 1863.
