MANKATO (TEC News) - A Mankato man with four previous domestic assault convictions is accused of being jealous and attacking his girlfriend last Saturday. Police say they could hear the woman telling 39-year-old Anthony Black “no” and he allegedly bit the woman on the nose and was found in his underwear.
