MANKATO (TEC News) – A Mankato man faces felony charges for trying to cash a stolen lottery ticket at the Raintree Road Kwik Trip in Mankato. Police later learned the 100 of the “Coffee Break” tickets valued at $5.00 each were stolen from the store. 24-year-old Ryan Reed trying to redeem a ticket back in March and he was allegedly working at the store when they were stolen.
