MANKATO (TEC News) – The subject of a Level 3 predatory offender meeting last August in Mankato is no longer on supervision. Detective Commander Matt DuRose explains.
He was first convicted in Texas of molesting an 8-year-old girl, and in Minnesota of hanging around young girls in Gaylord and Winthrop and trying to snatch a young girl in LeSueur.
