MANKATO (TEC News) – A man arrested for DWI in Mankato was wanted on a Michigan warrant, also for drinking. According to the warrant, 47-year-old Raymond Panick was wanted for driving while drinking, and now escape from custody. According to court records, Panick was allowed to leave jail last October to go to the hospital but never returned to jail.
