MANKATO – A court appointed psychologist says Jennifer Nibbe is competent to stand trial for the murder of her husband last August. Jeffrey Haun testified Thursday than Nibbe is experiencing memory loss. Nibbe is also receiving mental health counseling in jail after complaining of depression and hallucinations.
Nibbe’s attorney will file a motion asking the judge to grant additional neurological testing to rule out any medical reasons for her memory loss.
