MANKATO – The Mankato man charged with allegedly driving the get away car during the December armed robbery of a credit union at Minnesota State University will be in court today. 23-year-old Anthony Akiti faces charges of Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Robbery in the First Degree and Aiding an Offender.
His hearing will also address a charge last August of Domestic Assault with is set to go to trial next week.
