Construction To Begin On New MSU Resident Hall



MANKATO – Construction will begin Saturday on Minnesota State University’s new 300-bed, semi-suite style residence hall.

When the new residence hall opens in the fall of 2012, it will replace the landmark Gage Towers.
 
The new MSU resident hall will have bedrooms with individually controlled air conditioning an heating, tile floors and sound-resistant walls, lockable desks and dressers, upholstered office chairs, dual Internet, telephone and cable.

The rooms will also be green with water-saving toilets.
