MANKATO – A Blue Earth County grand jury will begin meeting on March 30 to consider first degree murder charges against Jennifer Nibbe. The 34-year-old Lake Crystal woman is charged with second degree murder for the shotgun slaying of her 26-year-old husband last August.
A judge last month ruled Nibbe competent to stand trial.
