MANKATO -- The viaduct onto Sibley Parkway, from Mound Avenue to Poplar Street, has been closed to upgrade the sanitary sewer.

Work is expected to be completed in July.

Entrances and exits to Sibley Park are Riverfront Drive to Owatonna Street or Hubbell Avenue, or the Sibley Park south entrance off of Woodland Avenue.
