MANKATO -- Mankato police this morning have confirmed a missing Mankato teen has been found.

In a text message to Three Eagles Radio, Detective Commander Matt DuRose said 18-year-old Brandon Nordgaard is "safe and sound."

More information is expected to be relesed later this morning.

Nordgaard family reported him missing on April 23rd. They told police they had not heard from their son since April 18th.
