MANKATO – The attorney for Jennifer Nibbe told a judge today he wants a copy of a computer hard drive taken from his clients home. Nibbe is charged with the murder last August of her husband inside their rural Lake Crystal home.
The defense is also seeking a copy of a journal seized by law enforcement from Nibbe’s home.
They also plan to ask for the victim’s phone and financial records.
